Service description

Aecho provides voice intelligence services that process communication patterns in speech to generate structured hiring insights across Aecho software, APIs, and platforms.

Use limitations and disclaimer

• Insights are supplementary and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
• Outputs are generated using AI and statistical models and should be interpreted within broader hiring and business context.
• You are responsible for obtaining all legally required consents from individuals whose voice data is submitted.

Prohibited conduct

• No discriminatory or unlawful use of the service.
• No reverse engineering or extraction of proprietary algorithms.
• No circumvention of security controls or unauthorized access.

Termination

Aecho may suspend access where terms are violated or where required by law. Upon termination, platform access ceases immediately subject to your governing agreement.

Data collection and processing

• Voice data: Communication patterns may be extracted for structured processing; raw audio is deleted after 7 days, and an email confirmation is sent when deletion is completed.
• Recruiter information: Names, work email addresses, company details, and demo interaction outputs provided during onboarding or follow-up are encrypted at rest and stored securely.
• Candidate information: When CQAR is used in a live hiring workflow, candidate names, resumes, social profiles, interview submissions, and generated assessments are stored securely in line with customer instructions and applicable law.
• Generated outputs: Processing outputs are stored securely to support historical records and reporting.

Data usage policy

• Aecho does not sell or rent your data.
• Data is used to fulfill service requests, generate insights, refine models using de-identified tonal features, and support account administration.

Data retention and deletion

• Voice recordings: automated deletion after 7 days, with an email confirmation sent once deletion is completed.
• Recruiter account data and demo outputs: retained while your account or evaluation cycle remains active for service continuity; export/deletion requests can be made to [email protected].
• Candidate records and generated assessments: retained according to the applicable customer agreement, hiring process requirements, and lawful instructions from the hiring organization.
• Anonymized data: de-identified datasets may be retained for long-term research and system optimization.
